How long does a custom piece take?

It depends on the piece! The more complex the design, the longer it will take.

Can I get it in a different colour?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to all items being custom and hand made, I unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully when ordering.

Why does it take so long to ship?

I hand make every item myself and sometimes other orders, life and waiting on materials takes its time. I aim to make items as fast as I can, but sometimes it takes a little while.

Where do you ship from and do you shop internationally?

I ship from Sydney Australia and use shipping through Auspost. I definitely ship internationally and cost will be calculated at check out.
